Tthe University of Bath houses approximately 3,000 of its full-time students in university residences – the majority being first year undergraduates and new overseas fee-paying postgraduates. Landlords in the private sector play a vital role in housing the vast majority of our returning students, of which there are around 6,000, although some of these will be on placement at various times of the year.

We have an excellent database of private sector lettings, compiled over a period of more than twenty years and still growing from strength to strength. The database, bathstudentpad.co.uk, can only be accessed by current registered students, but we trust that the information and web-links will prove a useful source of reference for landlords already registered with us and those who are considering offering their accommodation to students.
