Accommodation Fees
Payment Options
The University offers students a variety of options by which they can pay for their accommodation.
These options are listed below:
On-line Payment Options
- Credit/Debit Card - Complete the on-line card form and submit the details.
These details will be processed automatically and the designated card debited immediately with the full amount of the accommodation fee for the whole year. Please read the important notes that relate to this payment option when you come to accept and provide payment details.
- Direct Debit - Complete the on-line Direct Debit mandate and submit the details. These details will automatically be processed and the Direct Debit setup on your account. Payments will then be automatically withdrawn from your account as detailed on the Direct Debit payment option information. Please Note: Direct Debit payment option is NOT available on contracts for Semester 2
Off-line Payment Options
- Credit/Debit Card - A completed off-line acceptance form, along with details of a valid credit or debit card, should be sent by the student prior to their arrival at the university.
These details will be processed automatically and a receipt sent to the student's room. Please read the important notes that relate to this payment option when you come to accept and provide payment details.
- Direct Debit - Complete the on-line Direct Debit mandate and submit the details. These details will automatically be processed and the Direct Debit setup on your account. Payments will then be automatically withdrawn from your account as detailed on the Direct Debit payment option information. - UK Bank Cheques - A completed off-line acceptance form, along with a UK bank cheque for either the whole year or the first instalment, should be sent by the student prior to arrival at the University. Cheques for the remaining sessions should be sent prior to the start date of each session. Please read the important notes that relate to this payment option when you come to accept and provide payment details.
- Bank Transfer - A completed off-line acceptance form along, with details of the transferring. Please read the important notes that relate to this payment option when you come to accept and provide payment details.
- Banker's Draft - A completed off-line acceptance form along, with a Banker's Draft for either the whole year or the first instalment, should be sent by the student prior to arrival at the University. Banker's Drafts for the remaining sessions should be sent prior to the start date of each session. Please read the important notes that relate to this payment option when you come to accept and provide payment details.
- Sterling Travellers Cheques - A completed off-line acceptance form. Pleaes read the important notes that relate to this payment option when you come to accept and provide payment details.
- Cash - A completed off-line acceptance form. Pleaes read the important notes that relate to this payment option when you come to accept and provide payment details.
