Accommodation Contract Acceptance Options

Once you have received notification of your accommodation contract by e-mail from the Student Accommodation Team at the University, you then need to accept that contract. This can be done in one of two ways: on-line or off-line.

On-line acceptance

Simply log on to the Online Student Accommodation Portal and submit any details relevant to your desired method of payment. Your acceptance is submitted electronically and processed automatically, and you will be sent an email notifying you that your acceptance has been received successfully.

Please Note: You are only able to accept on-line if you are starting at the University in September. If you are moving into University accommodation any other time then you will need to accept using the off-line payment options.

Off-line acceptance

Accepting your contract off-line is a slightly longer process than the on-line option. First you need to select the off-line acceptance option, then you need to select your desired payment method and print off the necessary forms. Once these forms have been completed they need to be sent to the Accommodation Finance Office for processing before you arrive. If they arrive late or are not received on time it may result in you losing your accommodation contract.
