Arrival and Key collection for Student Intake 2009
26th - 28th September 2009 (Official Intake Days)
If you are a student living on-campus keys can be collected from 10am until 10pm from the Student Accommodation Intake Centre located in 3 West North. If you are a student living off-campus keys can be collected from the Accommodation Services Centre at Carpenter House from 10am until 5pm.
29th September - 4th October 2009
If you are a student living on-campus keys can be collected from the Westwood Accommodation Services Centre from 08.30am until 10pm. If you are a student living off-campus keys can be collected from the Accommodation Services Centre at Carpenter House 08.30 until 5pm.

Key Collection - On Campus
Keys can be collected from Accommodation Services Centre (Westwood) for the following complexes:
- Mendip
- Conygre
- Derhill
- Brendon Court
- Quarry
- Cotswold
- Quantock
- Wolfson
- Norwood
- Polden
- Osborne
The Accommodation Services Centre (Westwood) is located to the front of the Westwood student accommodation complexes
ASC Westwood
ASC Monday 24 August - Friday 28 August : 08.30 - 22.00 Saturday 29 August & Sunday 30 August : 10.00 - 18.00 (Bank Holiday)
Keys can be collected from Accommodation Services Centre (Eastwood) for the following complexes:
- Marlborough Court
- Solsbury Court
- Woodland Court
- Eastwood Houses 1 to 51
The Accommodation Services Centre (Eastwood) is located on the Ground Floor of the Woodland Court accommodation complex
WOODLAND COURT Monday 24 August - Friday 28 August : 09.00 - 17.00 Saturday 29 August : CLOSED Sunday 30 August : CLOSED

Key Collection - Off Campus
Keys can be collected from Off Campus Accommodation Services Centre at Carpenter House for the following complexes:
- John Wood
- Pulteney Court
- Thornbank Gardens
- Clevelands Buildings
- Canal Wharf
- Carpenter House
The Off Campus Accommodation Services Centre is located on the Ground Floor of the Carpenter House accommodation complex
Opening times:
CARPENTER HOUSE Monday 24 August - Friday 28 August : 09.00 - 17.00 Saturday 29 August : 10.00 - 18.00 Sunday 30 August : 10.00 - 18.00
Out of opening hours?
Our Security staff are available to hand out keys to people who arrive at Carpenter
House out of office hours. If there is not a member of staff at Carpenter House
when you arrive, please ring the telephone number on the main door and a member
of security staff will come and meet you there.
