Off Campus Accommodation Operations Team

Each accommodation complex off campus has its own Accommodation Operations Team who are responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of your accommodation which includes the cleaning and maintenance of the buildings. Should anything need fixing or replacing or you are not happy with the service you have received in the first instance please contact your Accommodation Operations Co-ordinator (contact details below). The teams are here to help you with any enquiries that you may have during your stay in University Accommodation.

Accommodation Operations Team 4

Team 4 are responsible for:

• Carpenter House
• Thornbank Gardens
• Pulteney Court
• Clevelands and Canal Wharf
• John Wood Complex

The Accommodation Operations Team Leader for Team 4 has overall responsibility for the team, however in the first instance you should contact your Accommodation Operations Co-ordinator.

* After 1300 the office will be covered by the Housekeeping Team.

Outside of these hours you can contact the Accommodation Services Centre on campus which in term time is open from 08.30 to 22.00 Monday to Friday, Saturday 09.00 to 1830 and Sunday 10.00 to 19.00.

All of the below Housekeeping Offices are open:

Monday to Thursday 09.00 to 17.20
Friday 09.00 to 17.10

Reporting of Maintenance Issues

In the first instance any issues should be raised with your Accommodation Operations Co-ordinator. This can be done by telephone, in person or by completing the following form: Maintenance Form

If you feel that your issue has not been addressed satisfactorily by your Accommodation Operations Co-ordinator please contact in the first instance the Accommodation Operations Team Leader for your area.

Accommodation and Hospitality Services are committed to providing the highest standards of customer care to their residences and customers. We provide a range of services and facilities and we aim to provide the best possible service we can. If, for whatever reason, you feel the service you are receiving does not meet the standards of the Code of Practice, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of the Housekeeping team, or report the problem to the Accommodation Services Centre on Campus, or in Carpenter House if you live in an off site complex.
