Each accommodation complex has its own Accommodation Operations Team who are reponsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of your accommodation which includes the cleaning and maintence of the buildings. Should anything need fixing or replacing or you are not happy with the service you have received in the first instance please contact your Accommodation Operations Co-ordinator ( contact details below). The team are here to help you with any enquiries that you may have during your stay in University Accommodation.

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 09.00 to 17.20 and Friday 09.00 to 17.10. Outside of these hours you should contact the Eastwood or Westwood Accommodation Services Centre
Linen change day: Wednesday between 09.30 and 13.00 at the relevant Housekeeping Office, linen can not be changed outside of these hours

Laundrette facilities can be found next to the Housekeeping Office in Marlborough Court and via the court yard at Woodland Court.

The laundry facilities are supplied and maintained by a third party company. In the event of a machine not working during your washing/drying cycle please contact Circuit Laundry on 0800 032 0070 with details of the laundry location and the machine number. Alternatively contact the Accommodation Services Centre located to the front of the Westwood student accommodation.
In the first instance any issues should be raised with your Accommodation Operations Co-ordinator. This can be done by telephone, in person or by completing the following form: Maintenance Form
If you feel that your issue has not been addressed satisfactorily by your Accommodation Operations Co-ordinator please contact in the first instance the Accommodation Operations Team Leader for your area.
